WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF AN INFRARED SAUNA?
Built in Collingwood, our Sauna Ray ceramic infrared heating elements mimic the heat reflected by beach sand into the ocean and create a feeling of calm relaxation. The lower temperatures allow you to sweat without raising your core body temperature. This means you can breathe normally while inducing a profuse sweat. You can stay inside longer and relax instead of enduring a super-heated environment. It’s like going to the beach with the flick of a switch.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A COLD PLUNGE?
Our Cold Plunge, also known as cold water immersion or cold therapy, is a practice that involves immersing your body in cold water for a short period of time. Typically, the water temperature ranges from around 50 to 59 degrees Fahrenheit (10 to 15 degrees Celsius), although some variations may involve colder temperatures or even ice baths.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Step 1
Book our recovery room by either calling 226-748-9494 or book the room online.
Step 2
Before your first session, you will receive a welcome email. This will prompt you to set up an account so you can book subsequent sessions online. Welcome to the 21st century!
Step 3
You will also be sent a link to fill out our online intake form. It should only take 5 minutes and must be completed prior to your first appointment.
Step 4
Not sure what to wear? Bring a bathing suit. It’s required for use of the infrared sauna and cold plunge.
Step 5
How long will I be? You have the choice of 15, 30, or 60 minute sessions. Packages can also be purchased to save on the per visit cost if you are planning to use the recovery room multiple times.
Step 6
Where are we located? 408 Albert St, Waterloo, ON. Parking is free. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our Client Experience Team.
