Build A Strong Foundation: Develop essential physical literacy skills and basic movements that will set you up for future athletic success while having fun! Perfect your existing skills, acquire new ones, and become a dominant force in your sport.
No athlete trains unsupervised and no athlete is left without a plan. This is how we get RESULTS with our athletes.
SPECIFIC
Athletes receive a training program specific to their individual needs based on: Age, gender, injury history, sport, training experience, schedule, training goals, results.
SUPERVISION
Athletes train under the supervision of our Depth High Performance Coaches, while maintaining specific athlete to coach ratios, who instruct, monitor, educate, and teach athletes how to train for results within the athletes’ individualized training program.
INDIVIDUALIZED
All athletes in our semi-private training program are training with an individualized performance program and getting high level performance coaching from the elite staff at Depth.
SCHEDULE
Athletes train only at specifically scheduled times and sign-in for sessions using Depth Training’s online scheduler.
Work with our coaches to determine what time and how many times per week you will be coming.
Step 3
Before your first session, you will receive a welcome email. This will prompt you to set up an account via our software Jane so you can view billing history, pay for sessions online, or book any rehabilitation services needed. Welcome to the 21st century!
Step 4
You will also be sent a link to fill out our online intake form. It should only take 5 minutes and must be completed prior to your first session.
Step 5
Not sure what your athletes should wear? Shorts, a t-shirt, and bring a water bottle. That’s usually the best. Cubbies and lockers are available for all personal items.
Step 6
How long will I be? Sessions are usually 60 minutes in duration, but confirm with your coach once you have everything set up.
Step 7
Where are we located? For athletes U8-U14, sessions are held at 483 Conestogo Road, Unit 2, Waterloo, ON. Parking is free and at the back of the building. When you arrive, enter the main doors to The Zone Training and follow the signs to make your way upstairs.
Step 8
Come enjoy your session at DEPTH. Your first session may involve some sort of testing, assessment, and goal setting so we can develop and individualized program for you. Work closely with your coaches to get results!
