Depth Training at Whistle Bear offers a unique ambience, state-of-the-art equipment and accredited, knowledgable staff. The tranquil energy from the natural surroundings is something not easily found in other fitness environments, and our outstanding member services provide you with a health and fitness haven to call your own.

We understand that active families recognize the importance of wellness. At Depth at Whistle Bear’s fitness centre there is something for everyone, including yoga classes, personal training and exercise programming with a unique focus on golf training. Our Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation Clinic provides physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy services for sports injuries, non-sports related muscle/bone/joint injuries, personal health and wellness.
